We work according to the new AVG (General Data Protection Regulation)

We only record (personal) data in order to perform our work as well as possible. This concerns name and address details and contact details. In addition, we record details of results achieved, so that these can always be requested and confirmed in writing only by the member concerned. Only data such as name, date of birth and level achieved are recorded.

The above (personal) data is recorded in a secure digital environment. This information is available to the member concerned at all times. If a member wishes to change or have data removed, this can be done by submitting a written request to the GKJAI (see our contact page for address).

The GKJAI will respond appropriately to the action requested by its member within fourteen days of the date of the written request, with regard to the noted (personal) data.

The written request will have to be made by a legally adult (supervisory) guardian. If desired, you must be able to identify yourself. If a member prefers not to provide certain information, this will of course be complied with. In this case, the member HIMSELF is responsible for the unreported matters that are important.
